Creative residencies
The Green Carpet welcomes in residence the theatrical companies, circus, musical groups, for creations of shows, recordings, rehearsals. The cost of technical resources, or even accommodation, varies depending on the project.

Terms of Access :
Presentation of the project and if acceptance made available of the scenic spaces and sound and light control equipment. Cover by the association of the rental costs of space and equipment within the limits of the aid provided by the Departmental Council of Orne.
Charges:
Electricity, heating, accommodation (in a gîte).
The “Marquee” (130m² track), the “Barn” (100 m²), the “Theater” (60 m²), the Ballroom (100 + 50 m²) and the 2 studios (15 m²) are intended to accommodate instrumental or vocal ensembles, dance or theater companies, yoga and martial arts practitioners, for rehearsals, workshops, shootings, recordings or seminars.
The spaces are exclusively reserved for artistic practice or seminars with an artistic component in their animation: interventions by actors, musicians ...
The use of the spaces is modular depending on the use of the gîtes.

Cottage 310 + Barn For 7 residents
Cottage 121 + Cottage 266 + Cottage 310 Lodges + Theater + Barn for 25 residents
and with board + Ballroom For 40 residents
Marquee without accommodation: 50 to 400 participants
